Monk fruit, or luo han guo, was discovered centuries ago by monks in Southern China that prized its sweetness. We simply take the fruit's extract and combine it with erythritol - a zero calorie, naturally occuring sugar alcohol found in a variety of foods. This balances the monk fruit's natural, intense sweetness so it can be efficiently used as a 1:1 replacement to sugar for baking, desserts, beverages and more!

SUGGESTED USES

  • Use in baking recipes

  • Stir into coffee or tea

  • Mix into yogurt and oatmeal

  • Sprinkle over fruit
